Ponto Verde - Integrated Packaging Waste Management System
It certifies that the company Quinta de Amares - Vinicultura, Lda, VAT Nº. 502594470, is fulfilling its responsibilities regarding the management of packaging waste, through the adhesion to the Integrated System of Management of Packaging Waste.
Under the terms of the agreement identified with the number EMB / 0007862, signed with Sociedade Ponto Verde - Sociedade Gestora de Resíduos de Embalagens, SA, and in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of article 5 of Decree-Law no. 366-A / 97 of December 20 and Article 7, paragraph 1, of Administrative Rule no. 29-B / 98, of January 15, with the changes introduced by Administrative Rule no. 158/155 of May 29.
